VISION

USPF, founded on Knowledge, Integrity, and Industry envisions the provision of accessible quality education and responsible leadership in the attainment of peace through the triad functions of instruction, research and community service.

MISSION

In the light of the university’s vision, we commit ourselves to produce globally competitive graduates imbued with the highest sense of social responsibility, spiritual and moral uprightness for the betterment of mankind.

GOALS

1. ACCESSIBLE QUALITY EDUCATION

  • To offer relevant programs responsive to the changing needs of local and global communities.
