Tertiary Admission Policies
Foreign Students
English Requirement. A prospective foreign student who wants to study in USPF is required to present evidence of his English proficiency. Foreign students coming from non-English speaking countries must enrol in a Special English Program.
Educational Requirement. A prospective foreign student applicant for the tertiary/college education should be a graduate of secondary education or its equivalent.
Pre-requisite for Enrolment
The university requires the following documents to be submitted to the Foreign Students Section of the Registrar’s Office:
- Five (5) original copies of the fully accomplished personal History Statement (PHS) with 2x2 original pictures attached to it.
- Transcript of Records (original and photocopy), duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate Office in his country of origin.
- A notarized Affidavit of Support from abroad to be accompanied by a Bank Statement, duly authenticated by the Consul General of the Philippine Consulate and/or Embassy in his country of origin.
- Birth Certificate and/or passport pages where name, pictures, birth-date, birthplace appear, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consul General in his country of origin;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal or School Head of the Institution where he last attended.
- Quarantine Medical Clearance Certificate by the National Quarantine Office
- Police Clearance from country of origin.
The above-mentioned documents are also required for change/conversion of status from temporary visitor to foreign student visa together with the following:
- Written endorsement from the school for the conversion of applicant's status to student on the school's official stationary signed by the school's Registrar and stamped with school's official dry seal;
- Original copy of the Certificate of Acceptance (COA) containing a clear impression of the school's official dry seal;
