Scholarship Programs
Valedictorian and Salutatorian Scholarship


This scholarship scheme is offered to all valedictorians and salutatorians of secondary schools, public and private.

Requirements:
  • Original copy of the Report Card/Form 138(Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the HS Principal/Guidance Counselor
  • Original copy of Birth Certificate
  • ID photos  1 x1 (4 copies)
  • Certification from the Principal of the honor obtained indicating the number of graduating class
  • Application letter

Privileges:
---- VALEDICTORIANS to be granted a100% tuition fee discount (excluding  matriculation, laboratory and other school fees) must come from a class of at least 100 students.  Valedictorians from a class below 100 but not less than 60 may be granted a 75% tuition fee discount; from a class of below 60 but not less than 30, they may be granted 50% tuition fee discount.
SALUTATORIANS to be granted a 50% tuition fee discount (excluding  matriculation, laboratory and other school fees) must come from a class of at least 100 students.  Salutatorians from a class below 100 but not less than 30 may be granted 25% tuition fee discount.

Valedictorians and Salutatorians discounts on tuition fee are given for one year of their first year in college.  The scholar may apply for either the university or the college scholarship in the succeeding semesters if he/she meets the requirements.

Requirements:
  • The student  must carry the prescribed regular load depending on the course he is enrolled;
  • The student’s grade in the first semester was 1.2 or better;
  • The student did not get a grade of less than 1.5 in any of the subjects taken during the first semester he enrolled.

Conditions:
Misdemeanor or violation of the rules and regulations of the school is a ground for expulsion of the program.
