How to enroll? Basic Education
ONLINE and ONSITE ENROLLMENT for new and old students for SY 2022-2023 in the University of Southern Philippines Foundation Basic Education Department is ongoing.
For your guidance, these are the ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES for Preschool, Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School:

ONSITE ENROLLMENT of both new and old students

    • Step 1. Visit the USPF Lahug Campus. Bring your vaccination card for entry.
    • Step 2. Make sure to bring your Report Card (at least 3rd Grading Period). The other requirements* may be submitted on later dates if they are unavailable.
    • Step 3. Proceed to the respective department for enrollment.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT of NEW STUDENTS

    • Step 1. Visit our official website at www.uspf.edu.ph
    • Step 2. Click NEW APPLICANT, then click the APPLY NOW button.
    • Step 3. Fill out the profile verification and the Personal Information Sheet. Make sure to input a valid and working e-mail address.
    • Step 4. Take a screenshot of the accomplished registration form and submit this with the e-copies of the admission requirements to the department’s e-mail address. Wait for the confirmation.
    • Step 5. Pay the enrollment fee once advised by the department. Posting of payment usually takes 3 days to be reflected on your account.
    • Step 6. Once the enrollment fee is posted, the official Study Load will be sent through e-mail and you will be OFFICIALLY ENROLLED IN USPF.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT of OLD STUDENTS

    • Step 1. If you have an Outstanding Balance, kindly settle your accounts through our payment partners (METROBANK, UNIONBANK, or MLHUILLER) before you proceed with Step 2.
    • Step 2. Pay the initial fee of Php 500.00 to our payment partners. Make sure to indicate the following on the receipt: Grade Level/Strand & Parent’s Mobile Number
    • Step 3. Take a picture of your receipt and e-mail a copy to your respective departments:

    • Step 4. Please wait for the E-MAIL NOTIFICATION indicating that you have completed your enrollment.
    • Step 5. An e-mail with the Official Study Load will follow.
How to enroll online?

College (Continuing Students)

    • Step 1. Visit our official website at uspf.edu.ph then click FOR OLD STUDENTS ENROLL NOW and log in to your Student Module Account. Update your registered e-mail address and other contact information for easy communication
    • Step 2. Go to the ENROLLMENT section and add the subjects you want to enroll, then click the ASSESS button. Make sure to select a mode of payment, then print or save a copy of your URF
    • Step 3. Pay the Php 500.00 enrollment fee through our payment partners. Please be advised that it may take at least 3 days for the payment to be reflected in your account.
    • Step 4. Your Official Study Load will be sent to you through e-mail after your payment is reflected in your account.

College (New Students)

    • Step 1. Visit our official website at uspf.edu.ph Visit our official website at uspf.edu.ph then click FOR NEW APPLICANTS APPLY NOW.
    • Step 2. Fill out the Profile Verification and the Personal Information Sheet. Make sure to input a valid working e-mail address.
    • Step 3. Take a screenshot of the accomplished registration. Send this together with the e-copies of the admission requirements to the department’s e-mail address.
    • Step 4. Pay the enrollment fee once advised by the department. Communication will be through e-mail. Payments usually take 3 days to be reflected on your account.
    • Step 5. Once enrollment fee is paid, wait for the Official Study Load to be sent through e-mail.

Where do we check our grades?

For Basic Education, College, and Graduate School: Please visit the USPF website (uspf.edu.ph), click STUDENT MODULE to check your grades.

Where do I get my TOR?

Kindly e-mail the office of the Registrar at registrar@uspf.edu.ph or call (032) 265-8773 local 127.
I have finished my online enrollment.

Where is my study load?

Access/Download/Print your Official Study Load (OSL) through your Student Module in 3 easy steps:
    • Step 1. Log in to the Student Module.
    • Step 2. Navigate to the enrollment tab.
    • Step 3. Click on the Print Official Study Load button.
      Note: This button will only be visible when a student is officially enrolled
